We offer employee discounts to registered corporate businesses. Please contact our corporate administrative partner, Incorpore, at hello@incorpore.co.uk  for more information about our fantastic corporate membership discounts.

We offer a one-day pass for new customers wishing to try before they commit to signing up for a membership!  The following conditions apply:

• New customers only. Anyone already registered on our database will not qualify.
• Our one-day pass only permits access to our gym facilities or virtual classes.
• A completed one-day pass enquiry form is required.

** We charge a start-up fee to cover the cost of setting up your membership. This is a one-off charge. SPECIAL OFFER – join before the 1st April 2024 and we’ll waive the start-up fee!

*** There is no minimum term with our direct debit option. We just require a full payment month’s notice to cancel. Our discounted annual memberships can only be cancelled within our 14-day money-back guarantee period (see our cancellation and refund policy for more details).

Members are welcome to stay on the court following their first hour, availability permitting, but cannot book this in advance.  Up to 3 non-members can attend any racket sport booking with a member (tennis, badminton or table tennis). There is no charge to register as a pay-as-you-go customer. This is a great option for those preferring to pay for what they use, when they use it. Our membership options work out cheaper if attending more than once per week or 6 times per month.

Bookings can be made via our app (search DragonflyLeisure in the app store or google play) or our website booking platform.

Pay-as-you-go customers can book 7 days in advance (members 10 days).

Please note pay-as-you-go customers will be unable to move or cancel  bookings once payment has been made. Refunds are not available if you’re unable to attend at your booking time. Click here for full details on our cancellation and refund policy.
