* We offer a unique price-lock guarantee for the lifetime of your membership. That’s right, we will never increase your membership fee, conditions apply, see below for further details.

** We charge a start-up fee to cover the cost of setting up your membership. This is a one-off charge.

*** There is no minimum term with our direct debit option. We just require a full payment month’s notice to cancel. Our discounted annual memberships can only be cancelled within our 14-day money-back guarantee period (see our cancellation and refund policy for more details).

**** Limited to a maximum of 1 booking per day. Members wishing to book more than one court per day must book and pay the standard rate for additional courts at reception. Up to 3 non-members can attend any racket sport booking with a member (tennis, badminton or table tennis). The member booking the court MUST attend and cannot book courts for non-members in their absence.

***** We reserve the right to decrease the level of discount offered on certain items in order to keep our range of prices sustainable.

There is no charge to register as a pay-as-you-go customer. This is a great option for those preferring to pay for what they use, when they use it. Our membership options work out cheaper if attending more than once per week or 6 times per month.

Bookings can be made via our app (search DragonflyLeisure in the app store or google play) or our website booking platform.

Pay-as-you-go customers can book 7 days in advance (members 8 days).

Please note pay-as-you-go customers will be unable to move or cancel  bookings once payment has been made. Refunds are not available if you’re unable to attend at your booking time. Click here for full details on our cancellation and refund policy.
