** There is no minimum term with our direct debit option. We just require a minimum of 10 day’s notice to cancel. Our discounted annual memberships can only be cancelled within our 14-day money-back guarantee period (see our cancellation and refund policy for more details).

A maximum of 4 people can attend any racket sport booking (tennis, badminton, pickleball or table tennis). Members booking courts where a discount applies must attend and may not book courts on behalf of non-members in their absence. Additional players (5 or more) may attend but will be charged £3 per person, regardless of membership status. Any fraudulent bookings (including booking more than one court per day outside of the above process) will result in the additional bookings being cancelled, and refunds will not be offered.
