Our steam and sauna health suite is only available to adults. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Elderly people, pregnant women or those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or general ill health are advised to seek medical advice prior to using a steam or sauna facility.
Our steam room is located on poolside and is only available to adults. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. The facility is on offer alongside our “Casual” and “Lane” swimming sessions and is included with swim admissions.
