Group Ex Late Policy

To maintain a safe, effective, and uninterrupted class environment, participants who arrive more than five (5) minutes after the scheduled start time of any group exercise class will not be permitted to enter. Late arrival can be disruptive to other participants and results in missing the essential warm-up period, which is designed to reduce the risk of injury. For these reasons, entry to the class after the five-minute mark is not permitted.
