These sessions are not just physically exercising, they are Rebalancing Body + Mind Sessions
The aim is to calmly combine strength, mobility & flexibility.
Start with “Tea Talk” bring a mat and a mug. For a “Start – of – session” Cuppa
The class consists of controlled strength & tempo exercises
You will move well, increasing mobility in the hips, spine, and shoulders
Finish with stretching, breathwork & a short, guided reset
Real-Life Strength Classes
Instead of generic reps, we build exercises around everyday movements like carrying, lifting, reaching & rotating
Mood-Based Workouts
Participants can request their favourite music to:
De-stress, Energise, Focus
Although this session is a group set up, it certainly feels personalised.
