More people, more active, more often

We pride ourselves on providing a diverse leisure experience within our community. Highly motivated, experienced, well trained and quality driven staff are the back-bone of our success.

What makes us different?

Unlike large operators or national chains, we only run local centres, using local people. By keeping things close to home, any surplus that we make gets invested back into our facilities and staff. We feel this will help make a real difference to the community we live in and have invested millions in the last few years alone to enhance our services.

When you work for us, you join a team. Like minded people, working in jobs they enjoy, with colleagues that support each other and opportunities to develop. Some of the perks include:

  • Good rates of pay
  • Performance related bonuses
  • Length of service perks
  • Pension schemes
  • Centre membership
  • Qualification based career development
  • Ride to work scheme
  • Overtime opportunities
