Swimming
A swimming adult must accompany children under eight years old at all times.
Children 8 – 10 years old must arrive and leave the centre with their parents or guardian. One adult is responsible for up to two children aged under five years or three children aged 5-8 years
We strongly recommend all non-swimmers wear buoyancy aids
Wear only appropriate, recognised swimwear
Children aged eight years plus must change in the correct changing room for their sex
No food to be consumed in the swimming pool hall
Babies and young children should wear only appropriate elasticated swimwear.
Shower thoroughly and toilet before entering the pool
Follow all instructions given by staff and displayed on notices, safety signs etc
Behave responsibly and courteously to all staff and other customers
Pay due respect to the safety and enjoyment of all customers
Do not swim if:
You feel unwell
You are suffering or have recently suffered from diarrhoea or a gastrointestinal infection.
You have a medical problem (without first consulting your doctor).
You have recently consumed alcohol or a main meal.
Workout Classes
Ensure you are on time for your class; instructor lead classes will not allow you to join in if the warmup has finished
Have a drink to hand
Bring your exercise mat
Ensure that you correctly use the equipment.
Children under 11 years of age cannot take part
Children are not permitted to watch
