Please be advised that the sauna is closed until further notice due to health and safety concerns caused by misuse of the facility.
We are also currently assessing options to refurbish the area to improve safety, comfort, and the overall experience for our members.

Our steam and sauna health suite is only available to adults. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm
Saturday 9am – 5.00pm Sunday 9am – 3:30pm

Elderly people, pregnant women or those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or general ill health are advised to seek medical advice prior to using a steam or sauna facility.
Our steam room is located on poolside and is only available to adults. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. The facility is on offer alongside our “Casual” and “Lane” swimming sessions and is included with swim admissions.
