GYMNASTICS COACH LEVEL 2 WRITHLINGTON

Hours – Part time, 18.40 per week

Hourly Rate – £18.40 per hour (can be discussed at interview)

Join Dragonfly Leisure as a Gymnastics Coach to inspire and develop gymnasts of all ages. Based at our Writhlington site, you will play a vital role in fostering athletic skills and promoting healthy lifestyles aligned with our community-focused mission.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
Collaborate with other staff members to organize events and competitions.
Maintain equipment and ensure the facilities are clean and well-organized.
Promote the benefits of physical activity and healthy living within the community.

Qualifications

Proven experience in gymnastics coaching or teaching sports.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate participants.
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to sports activities.
Enthusiasm for working with diverse age groups.
Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Passion for promoting physical activity and community engagement.
