There are a number of benefits of getting or remaining active throughout pregnancy. For many women changing body shape is a concern and exercise helps to gain a sense of control and achievement.

Low-impact postnatal classes offer safe and controlled exercises to aid recovery, help you return to your pre-pregnancy weight, and gain strength and improve endurance levels (see our workout timetable for more details). Our postnatal exercise classes aim to enhance the physical and psychological well-being of mothers after childbirth. Babies, including pre-school age siblings, are welcome to attend.
