Hours of work – average 16 per week (on a 4 week rota) hours per week  – as follows:

Every Wednesday Evening – 4.30 to 10.15 pm

Week 1 and Week 4 Friday – 4.30 to10.15 pm

Week 1 and Week 3 Saturday – 7.45 to 6.15 pm

Week 1 – Sunday 7.45 to 6.15 pm

Hourly rate of pay – £14.00

We are seeking an outstanding Shift Supervisor to lead an Operations team at Writhlington Sports Centre.

The successful candidate will have a customer focus, aiming to achieve high standards with a hands-on leadership style.

Duties include:-

• Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries, feeding back any issues to the Centre Manager where required
• Supervising staff and cleaners in a supportive way
• Administering First Aid as and when required
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Responsibility for the security of the building and contents at all times
• Report maintenance requirements where needed
• Ensuring prompt and safe setting up/dismantling of all activity areas
• Ensuring high standard of cleanliness
• Assisting on Reception when required
• All other duties in relating to the smooth running of the Centre (in line with the full Shift Supervisor Job Description.
