The following applies for tier 2 and tier 3. Please note customers living in a tier 4 area are not permitted to attend any activities at either of our sites.
Exclusive private household bookings only (maximum of one household only) per booking. up to a maximum of 2 adults and 4 children. We reserve the right to request proof of residency for each adult – please bring this with you as failure to supply it, if requested, will result in entry being denied. Refunds will not be available in this instance.
Advance bookings only via our app (click on the ‘book An Activity’ tile on the Writhlington Club page) or website ‘book online’ button – please note you will need to register with us if you’re not already a member or customer (made bookings with us in the past). Off Peak – Monday – Friday term-time only – 60 minute sessions
Peak – Weekends and holidays – 90 minute sessions
Sessions will be 60 and 90 minutes in duration for off peak and peak sessions respectively with a 30 minute gap to allow us to fully sanitise the play areas and toilets between bookings. Each area will have access to their own exclusive toilet facilities.
The whole play area will be sanitised every evening using a fogger disinfectant sprayer. The fogger uses a BS EN 14476 – BS EN 1276 disinfectant that Kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, effective on COVID-19. Each application remains active for up to 24 hours.
Please note all movable soft play shapes and toys including balls from our ball ponds have been removed.
o Area 1 – Toddler and middle sections – £15 off peak and £25 peak
o Area 2 – Drop slide / Trampoline Section – £20 off peak and £30 peak
Entry via main reception. All attendees including children will be asked to sanitise their hands and have their temperature taken prior to entry. You will not be able to enter the building until your booking time.

The café will be open providing table service with a limited menu including hot and cold drinks. Food or drinks not purchased from our café is strictly prohibited.
Family and Junior 0 – 10 Memberships
We’re unable to offer these bookings as part of the membership package until we are able to fully open under normal operating procedures. We will however offer complementary hot drinks (including free refills) for the parents of the junior members when booking a session.
