We’re unable to offer these bookings as part of the membership package until we are able to fully open under normal operating procedures. We will however offer complementary hot drinks (including free refills) for the parents of the junior members when booking a session.
Junior members can still attend swimming, climbing (5yrs +) and racket sports under their membership.
Alternatively, if you don’t feel the membership represents value for money, we would suggest the following
Direct Debit Payers
Junior 0 – 10 membership – cancel the direct debit at your bank prior to 1st September to avoid us taking a payemnt.
Family membership – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change the status of your membership from family to single adult.
Junior 0 -10 membership – We will extend your membership by the period of inactivity on your account.
Family membership – the membership will be extended by the period of inactivity of the junior member. For example the membership would be extended by 1 month if there has been 7 months of inactivity – family membership cost an additional £5 p/m 7 x 5 =£35, this be calculated pro rata.
Please note this is an exception to our terms and conditions which state credits or refunds are not available where the membership has not been used. This exception therefore will not apply to the adult member or any other membership category.
These have been suspended until further notice.
