Public Health England (PHE) or equivalent posters will be on display informing customers and staff of social distancing and cleanliness/hygiene protocols throughout the facility.
Anyone showing signs of COVID-19 (temperature, cough and loss of smell or taste), or anyone known to have been in contact with anyone infected (as notified by a government contact tracer) will be asked to stay at home and follow Government guidelines.
We will comply with any health designation documentation that the Government implements going forward.
Hand wipes/sanitisers will be on offer (or people will be directed to where they can clean their hands). ALL staff and customers will be required to sanitise their hands when entering our facilities. All gels and wipes used are those certified to kill the coronavirus.
Only customers with pre-booked activities will be permitted to enter our facilities.

It is down to the individual customer to take reasonable personal responsibility when taking part in physical activity.
Continue with our already rigorous and detailed cleaning procedures.
If there is a COVID-19 case in the facility, we will follow the PHE Guidance – COVID-19 – Cleaning in non-healthcare settings while cleaning all areas of the facility.
Staff will carry out regular cleaning of high-contact touch points throughout the premises.
These will be open but with limited capacity.
To reduce time spent in changing areas, please arrive ready for the activity (swimwear under clothing). Showers will be available, but showering at home will help minimise time spent in the changing rooms.
Staff will complete hourly checks to ensure soap is replenished and cubicle door handles and sinks are cleaned.
