The following operating procedures are based on current government guidance at the time of publishing (June 2020).
Football – AGP
Based on current government guidance people can play in groups of no more than 6, keeping two metres apart – strictly no contact unless playing with other household members.
Our Midsomer Norton pitches will remain closed until further notice.
Bookings will be stopped where either more than 6 people are in attendance or where contact games (players not keeping 2m apart) are being played.
Clubs will be permitted to coach in multi groups of 6 (max 3 groups per pitch) on each 3rd as long as social distancing is maintained.
We anticipate the restrictions on number of players to be relaxed over the coming weeks and months.
To reflect this player restriction, we are currently reviewing our charges for casual bookings. Please note that any reduction in cost will be temporary as it would not be financially sustainable – charges would increase as restrictions ease.
Advance bookings only via our app (search DragonflyLeisure in the app store or google play) or online platform. Please note you will not be able to attend without a booking. Bookings can be made 7 days in advance (available from Monday 29th June).
The gate will be unlocked and open for pre-booked pitches, there is no need to report to reception.
The dividing nets will not be in use to avoid players touching them.
Avoid handling the ball at all times. Bring hand sanitiser with you and sanitise your hands if you handle the ball.
Our dedicated AGP External toilet facilities will be open but we would ask that players go to the toilet at home to limit the use of these on site. Please note that entrance doors will be propped open to avoid unnecessary contact.
