The following operating procedures are based on current government / governing body guidance at the time of publishing (3rd August 2020).
Sessions available from W/C 17th August as follows
Bookings will be released from Sunday 9th August for Inclusive members and Tuesday 11th August for pay-as-you-go members. Advance bookings only via our app (search DragonflyLeisure in the app store or google play) or online platform. Bookings available 9 days in advance for inclusive members and 7 days for pay-as-you-go members. Please note you will not be able to attend without a booking.
Please note children must be 5 years or older to climb and must be accompanied by a paying adult. Non-paying spectators are not permitted.
No experience required and all equipment is provided however we do recommend climbers bring their own equipment where possible. Equipment is fully sanitised between sessions.

Please arrive changed as changing rooms will not be available. Toilet facilities will be available however access may be limited so please use the toilet before leaving home.
Climbers do not need to sanitise their hands between climbs but are advised to do so before drinking, eating or touching their face. Climbers should sanitise their hands at the end of their session.
Auto Belay sessions ONLY. Top roping / lead climbing will not be permitted until further notice.
Climbers from the same household will be permitted to climb on adjacent lines. Climbers from different households will only be permitted to climb where social distancing can be maintained (every other line).
We will be offering 60 minute supervised sessions which MUST be booked in advance. Each sessions will be restricted to a maximum of 12 climbers. Please note only 6 climbers will be permitted to climb concurrently.
Climbers will be asked to stand behind a cone (corresponding to the line/route they wish to climb) and must wait until instructed to move forward by the instructor.
The supervising instructor will clip and unclip ALL climbers. Instructors will be wearing masks / visors when doing so.
New climbers will be asked to sign a registration form on their first visit.
Lessons – in addition to above
Lessons will be 50 minutes in duration to allow for safe entry and exit.
We will be operating auto-belay sessions only for Yellow and Red rock groups.
Where possible we would ask children to bring their own harness.
Parents / guardians will be asked to wait in their cars during lessons.
Parents / guardians will need to collect their child from the fire exit door, located to the rear of the sports hall adjacent to AGP (artificial grass pitch).
