The following operating procedures are based on current government / governing body guidance.
The following 60 minute sessions will be available from w/c Monday 19th July.
Advance bookings only via our app (search DragonflyLeisure in the app store or google play) or online platform. Bookings available 9 days in advance for members and 7 days for pay-as-you-go customers. Please note you will not be able to attend without a booking.
Please note children must be 5 years or older to climb and must be accompanied by a paying adult. Non-paying spectators are not permitted at this time.
No experience required and all equipment is provided however we do recommend climbers bring their own equipment where possible. Equipment is fully sanitised between sessions.
Members – FREE
Pay-as-you-go customers – Adults £7.50, Children 5 yrs+ £5.25

Please arrive changed as are currently limiting numbers using our changing rooms. Toilet facilities are available however access may be limited so please use the toilet before leaving home.
Climbers do not need to sanitise their hands between climbs but are advised to do so before drinking, eating or touching their face. Climbers should sanitise their hands at the end of their session.
Auto Belay sessions ONLY. Top roping / lead climbing will not be permitted until further notice.
We will be offering 60 minute supervised sessions which MUST be booked in advance. Each sessions will be restricted to a maximum of 20 climbers.
New climbers will be asked to sign a registration form on their first visit.
Lessons – in addition to above
Where possible we would ask children to bring their own harness.
Parents / guardians will be asked to wait in their cars during lessons.
