This class consists of abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.

Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga is about exploring your limits physically and mentally, working all parts of your body equally to create balance that will compliment other activities of daily life. The class is offered in a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere to release stress and tension.

Group Cycling

This class uses specially designed stationary bicycles. Our Instructors lead a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. Pace and resistance is varied depending on your own fitness level.


HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.


Kettlebells are used to improve overall functional strength, flexibility, co-ordination and can provide a great cardiovascular workout as well.
Suitable for all levels of fitness, so if its your first time trying a kettlebell workout, don’t worry, as the instructor will be on hand to guide you and show you the way.

Legs, Bums and Tums

This is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.


All classes are based upon the original 34 movements developed by Joseph Pilates. Classes provide low impact yet highly intense workouts, ideal for everyone, classes are of mixed ability and suitable for beginners through to advanced level, sedentary or recuperating after illness or surgery. Furthermore, Pilates provides a safe and beneficial workout.

Total Body Bar

This is a cardio strength class that uses barbells and plates to perform resistance exercises.
Bar is a lot of fun and a great workout that will raise your heart rate.

Total Body Workout

This class combines all of the components of a great workout.
You will work to burn calories using equipment and bodyweight exercising.
This workout will use lots of different moves to push your body to your limit.


Yoga is a class of consistent poses in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. Our Instructors will help you to achieve many different yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining safe alignment to reduce the risk of injury
