Ab Attack

This class consists of abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.

 

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics is a form of exercise which provides cardiovascular conditioning, increasing your pulse and your breathing rate. Aqua aerobics is similar to a normal aerobics class, but since it’s done in the water, it places less strain on your joints whilst adding resistance.

 

Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body. With a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you’re guaranteed a varied class that will hit those areas that other workouts miss.

 

Circuits

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to High-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

 

Group Cycling

Performed on stationary indoor bikes, Group Cycling is a fantastic way to get fit and stay fit. Perfect for building both cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. It’s also low impact on the knees and other joints, meaning you’re less likely to hurt yourself.

 

HIIT

A HIIT workout session involves you doing intervals of exercise that range from between 10 seconds and eight minutes in duration, with you working at around 80-90% of your maximum heart rate for that period of time.

 

Keep Fit

If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry. Our classes and clubs focus on gentle exercise to help you to regain your fitness at your own pace. If you’re used to regular physical activity, exercises can be tailored to be more strenuous.

 

Kettlebells

Kettlebell classes are a great way to develop overall strength and power, promote lean muscle gain, increase mobility, and core strength. Many practitioners consider the kettlebell the single most effective tool for making massive changes in strength, conditioning and physiques. Here you will not only swing but you will push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry.

 

Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

 

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

 

Post Natal

Aim at improving the physical and psychological well-being of a mother after labour. Bring your child to this class and learn to exercise with them in your life.

 

Total Body Workout

The total body workout is one that anyone can do with just a few sets of weights. You’ll target all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried and true classics, from squats and lunges to pushups and more.

 

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

 

Zumba (Including Beginners)

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
